Águia Sistemas receives silver certification from Grupo Boticário

On April 25, Águia Sistemas participated in the 26th Meeting of Partners of Grupo Boticário and received certification as a silver supplier. The recognition is part of the Partner Assessment and Development Program (PADP).
The award was received by Águia Sistemas’ Business Supervisors, Antonio Constantino Neto and Rafael Barros, during a ceremony held in Curitiba-PR.
To be able to receive the award, the company must participate in the program for at least two years. This is the period that Águia Sistemas has been part of the program and has already won recognition as a strategic partner.
According to Rogério Scheffer, CEO of Águia Sistemas, “receiving this award is very important to help us understand whether we are aligned with Boticário’s needs, requirements and values. Our desire is to proactively participate in the development and challenges of Boticário, adding and generating value.”
About the Program
The PADP aims to recognize and encourage good practices and is aimed at suppliers classified as strategic. This classification considers criteria of relevance, marketed value, synergy with Grupo Boticário’s essences, service structure and potential to add value to the business.
In addition, twice a year, suppliers that are part of the PADP respond to a questionnaire that covers issues of ethics and integrity, eco-efficiency, diversity and corporate sustainability, among others. Based on this, they receive feedback and can count on the support of the Group’s specialists for improvement projects.
Currently, Grupo Boticário has around 4000 direct and indirect suppliers. Of this total, around 150 were classified as strategic suppliers and participated in the Meeting.
The award was made based on the annual score and distributed as follows:
Bronze: 18 awarded companies
Silver: 18 awarded companies
Gold: 21 awarded companies
Diamond: 1 direct company and 1 indirect company
