The ideal is to have picking to light. With it, the operator does not need to check the sheet all the time what must be separated. The structure has a light system with a display, which accurately informs the position where picking needs to be carried out and the amount of material required. Once that’s done, just press the button and, that’s it, job done! If that position does not have enough product to close the order, the worker just informs on the display what has already been separated. This information goes to central, which verifies which nearest station has stock on hand. With picking by voice, the guidelines on pickingare transmitted by voice command. Thus, the employee gains even more agility, by having his hands free all the time. In practice, errors related to picking are practically eliminated, also eliminating the costs of redoing these operations.
