Águia Sistemas offers a specialized technical assistance service that can be provided remotely, by telephone or via e-mail. Our team will perform remote access to the installation or we have the option of sending a technician to the site to carry out the verification in person.
Assistance is provided entirely by the Águia Sistemas team. However, this may vary according to the contracted demand and the urgency of the service, opening up the possibility of outsourcing.
To better serve customers and ensure the operation of production processes, the service covers all service provided under warranty, including additional plans, such as 24/7 assistance, preventive and corrective maintenance.
