Commissioning for Automation Projects is the service provided by Águia Sistemas, which includes checking the sensors and electrical signals of the installed systems, ensuring optimal operation, as expected by the customer.
At this stage, programming is also done in the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), software and hardware that automates, controls and monitors specific processes, machinery or production lines.
In this way, commissioning verifies that the system is working as expected. For this, it is divided into 2 steps:
- Parameterization of devices and verification of inputs and outputs
- Here, uniform operating parameters for devices such as inverters, remotes, scanners and others are established, so that there is always a stability standard. In addition to parameterization, inputs and outputs are checked.
- system tests
- After system parameterization, manual and automatic tests are carried out, with flow, of the system, analyzing its current situation and determining whether it is fit for operation.
