Sorter

To carry out the transfer of boxes from one lane to another, Águia Sistemas has the Sorter and various equipment that can be applied according to the flow and needs of the project.

For the diversion of boxes with a maximum flow of 800 boxes/h, equipment that can be used is the Sorter with Electric Pusher. This equipment provides the diversion of boxes using Pulse Roller ® technology, not requiring the use of compressed air. The operating mechanism consists of a mechanical rod that moves the box at an angle of 90° in relation to the direction of movement.

When an increase in the maximum flow of boxes to 1,200 boxes/h is necessary, we have the Sorter with Belt Transfer, which is a set of deviation of boxes at an angle of 90°. The equipment lifts the box and then diverts it using belts. The entire Sorter system is developed using Pulse Roller ® technology, with a 24V system.

For larger flows of boxes, up to 2,600 boxes/h, we have a Sorter at 30° called MRE (Move Route Equipment). This equipment diverts boxes by rotating the pulleys. Its activation is carried out using Pulse Roller ® technology and its deviation system is carried out pneumatically.
