Handling Systems
Many projects require the transport of boxes to be carried out from one level to another, for these cases Águia Sistemas has some equipment that makes up the Handling Systems and can be applied according to the customer’s needs.
When transport from one level to another is necessary and the customer has a horizontal physical space with clearance, Elevation Systems with flat belt conveyors can be used. This system has a low cost and allows for incline and incline from 0° to 21°. The Handling System is motorized with a geared motor and allows dimensioning for speeds from 30 to 150 m/min, with a useful width of 300 to 1000 mm and a maximum load capacity of 50 kg/m. The transport of boxes using the flat belt reaches a flow of 3,000 boxes/h.
For cases where the horizontal physical space is limited, the Handling Systems proposed are with the use of a simple box lift, which allows a maximum flow of up to 720 boxes/h, this system allows delivery at different levels.
In cases where it is necessary to accumulate boxes between levels, a viable Elevation System is the use of a spiral box conveyor. This Handling System uses Pulse Roller ® technology and allows for the accumulation of boxes between levels, reaching a flow of up to 2,800 boxes/h. The case spiral also provides for the insertion of cases on several levels.
When a greater flow of boxes is required, up to 2,800 boxes/h, but without accumulation between levels, the suggested Handling Systems would be the continuous box elevator. As the name implies, this system works in a continuous regime in which the forks of the elevator are in constant movement, guaranteeing compliance with the flow. The number of forks is defined according to the project flow.
