The Drive-in / Drive-Through system optimizes storage space by allowing pallets to be stored under rails fixed to structures, in access tunnels, taking advantage of their depth, thus reducing the number of circulation aisles.

The Drive-in / Drive-Through system is used for storing loads with a large volume and little variety of SKUs, preferably in Batch Dispatch Storage operations.

Águia Sistemas sizes the Drive-In / Drive-Through Structures with strict safety criteria in accordance with standards and best practices, taking into account the characteristics of the pallet loading and unloading operation.

It is important to note that in continuous flow operations, the amount of useful storage spaces reduces with the Beehive effect operation.

Drive-in/Drive-Through features:

• High density structure when considering large volumes and few SKUs;
• Low operating speed;
• Not suitable for FIFO (First in First Out) operations.
• Decreased number of runners.
