Flow Rack

The Flow Rack is an efficient system for dynamic, manual storage of boxes that allows a directed flow of input and output of materials with a FIFO (First In – First Out) operation, optimizing the picking operation.

Flow Rack storage systems are rotating systems, which work by the action of gravity, making replenishment and handling of stored items even easier and more practical.

Flow Racks can be used in conjunction with conveyor systems in picking areas (separation), making the operator’s work more organized.

Its plans are adjustable according to the need for operational height and storage of boxes. The Flow Rack can also be used in conjunction with the Mezzanine structure in order to provide better vertical use.

In addition, the Flow Rack can be used integrated with pick-to-light systems or other automated systems for ordering assembly orders, as well as, put-to-light for ordering the replacement of the system’s stock, adding great productivity and reducing operational errors.
