1. Product Quality – Control Plan
This step involves the entire pre-production process. At this time, the space and materials used will be analyzed to ensure that the team has the ideal environment to achieve the best results.

Águia Sistemas has certification of 100% of the Steel Coils used in its production processes. In addition, it has the traceability of the material used throughout the production process chain, bringing security and reliability to its customers.

The weld beads are rigorously analyzed, due to the criticality of the process and the final product. We follow an internal standard nomenclature, to facilitate both the indication in technical drawings and the production and inspection during the production process.
After the welding process, all batches are thoroughly analyzed, starting with a visual inspection, followed by the load test and ending with the analysis of penetrating liquids (non-destructive test to detect surface discontinuities, such as cracks and pores.)
1.2.3. Surface Protection
The quality inspection team performs all analyzes on surface coatings (painting, galvanizing and galvanizing). In the painting process, analyzes of paint layer thickness, adhesion test and paint curing test take place. In the electrolytic galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing processes, a visual inspection is carried out and, subsequently, layer thickness analyzes are carried out, in accordance with the standards.
