The Industrial Processes developed by Águia Sistemas consist of transforming raw materials to produce the products in its catalogue. With this, it is responsible for defining and analyzing which materials will be needed to optimize production and ensure that it happens ideally.
The Águia Sistemas Production team has around 265 active employees, including Assistants, Operators and Operation Leaders. The professionals have extensive experience in solving problems and developing products according to the standards used to standardize the quality of what is delivered.
The processes are started when raw materials are received and continue through the raw material checking, which will, at that moment, be essentially steel, coming from two national suppliers.
After receipt and storage, the coils undergo primary cutting processes, being moved to feed the other transformation plants.
The production of components for storage systems goes through several processes of mechanical conformation of metallic materials – such as cutting, bending, welding and profiling, here they are transformed. Finally, the pieces are taken to the electrostatic powder painting process, which provides the necessary surface finish for the application and use of the products.
